Field Note #000 - Origin
The moment I realized I needed to come back to myself, and started taking notes.
Where I was
I had reached a point where my direction in life became unclear. On paper, everything looked like it was working. I was constantly busy, achieving things I only once dreamt of in my career, yet with each success I felt less and less like myself. Externally, my life looked perfect. Internally, I had no clear sense of who I was or what I actually wanted.
What I noticed
I noticed how easy it is to lose yourself without realizing it. Not through failure, but through momentum. Continuously letting external demands dictate internal direction. The harder I worked toward what I thought I was meant to achieve, the less fulfilled I felt.
What these notes are
These notes are a record of moving with intention again. Observations, experiments, perspective shifts, and questions that emerge while finding my way back to center.
They are not conclusions. They are notes taken in real time, while learning what actually brings back clarity and alignment.
How they’ll be shared
They will be shared as they arise. Some will be brief. Some unfinished. Some practical. Some reflective.
There is no fixed schedule. Only documentation of what feels true in the moment.
Why I’m making them public
Because many people experience this quietly. Outwardly successful, yet increasingly disconnected from themselves, without language or understanding for what’s happening.
These notes are shared for recognition, relation, and hopefully some guidance. Keep what resonates, leave what doesn’t.
This isn’t a guide for becoming someone new. It’s a field guide for coming back to yourself.
